Our Solution

Via our panel of lenders, we were able to source a lender who had a specialsied loan product for classic cars over 30 years old. We were able to obtain an approval for the client within a day.  Loan was approved over a 36 month loan with non-minimum deposit require.  Applicant still proceed to put a deposit on the loan to reduce the overall repayment commitment.

3 year secured loan, Lender who will finance older assets. Most lenders have a maximum age of 12-15 years at the end of the loan term

Our Solution

We were able to present 2 approval options to the client and both were under low doc loan options.  Option 1 was a 2 Year Loan & Option 2 was a 3 Year Loan

We discussed both options with the client and presented it outlining the total overall cost of both loan terms.  By comparing the 2 loans for the client they were able to see that the 2 year loan option worked out far cheaper over the long term even though the repayment we more expensive.  We ended up with a client who was grateful that we could explain the 2 options available in a simple and easy method.

Judgement on credit file to a material supplier

We were able to prove business continuity to alleviate any concerns around the change of directorship. 

Current loan statements were provided to show excellent repayment history on all current equipment loans. Given the judgement was not loan related we were able to prove there was limited risk to the lender. 

Vehicle was approved with one of the mainstream lenders at a low interest rate with a small 10% deposit.  We ended up with a happy client who was able to get their new employer up and running

We were able to obtain an approval for the client in less than a day under a self declared loan product. We sourced the clients a 7 year loan term under a secured Chattel Mortgage loan product where the machine being purchased was used as the sole security.
