If we are not able to save you time and money then we wouldn't expect you to use our services. We will give you our best quote, first time, every time - guaranteed. What will your services cost me? We are pleased to advise that generally our lenders pay us as we are saving them the cost of obtaining and handling your business themselves. We may also charge you a small fee for our services and if so we will advise you prior to any fee becoming payable by you. We are usually able to include any fee's in the loan proceeds for disbursement at the time of settlement. In the event that you decide not to proceed with the loan that we have arranged for you then we will not charge you for our services. We have never and will never seek payment of any fee upfront.
